If at any time during the first 30 days after the date of delivery you are not completely satisfied with your Jungle Gyms Canada playground, you can return the product (freight prepaid by customer) in its original condition to us. We will fully refund you the purchase price, excluding installation expense.

If something happens within the first two years from your purchase date, we will replace the defected part, free shipping included. We go even further with the structural cedar components of your swing set and guarantee them against structural problems for all of the first ten years. All warranties are subject to proper installation and normal residential use. This warranty does not apply to any swing set that is subjected to abuse, vandalism, improper installation, negligence or acts of God.
